Welcome to ELEVATE, our brand-new small group training experience created to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more energised, without the pressure, judgement, or intensity of a traditional gym session.
These classes blend strength training, functional fitness, and mindset support inside a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where every body is celebrated and supported.
What is elevate?
ELEVATE is a 45-minute small group strength class designed to help you:
Build full-body strength
Improve fitness and energy levels
Learn movement technique safely
Gain confidence in your ability
Feel supported by a trainer who knows your goals
Make progress without feeling overwhelmed
With a maximum of five people per session, you get the perfect balance of personal coaching and team motivation.
What to expect in a class…

A gentle, mobility-focused warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury.

Each week involves a strength block, we change the format each week to keep it interesting and engaging. We use different equipment which can include:
Dumbbells
Kettlebells
Resistance bands
Slam balls
Squat rack & cable machine
Step + mat
Rowing machine, treadmill & bike (occasionally in the finisher)
The circuits are designed to be for all-levels, with clear regressions and progressions so you choose what feels right for your body.

Our focus is always form-first, technique-first, and confidence-first.

At the end of every ELEVATE class, we take a couple of minutes to talk through a simple mindset or nutrition theme designed to support your progress outside the studio. These are short, accessible tips that help you build healthier habits without restriction or pressure.
Each week has a different focus — from understanding protein and carbs, to breaking the all-or-nothing mindset, improving consistency, boosting confidence, or managing energy during busy seasons.
This part of the session is all about giving you practical, realistic tools that fit your life, helping you feel more supported on your fitness journey — not just in the workout, but in everyday life too.
