If you prefer a calm, private space away from busy gyms, you can work with Kelly in the Pink Fox Fitness private studio in Punnetts Town.
It’s a quiet, welcoming environment designed for people who want to build strength and confidence without feeling watched, rushed, or overwhelmed.

In‑Home Personal Training (with Kirsty)
If training at home feels easier, more comfortable, or more accessible, Kirsty offers 1:1 personal training in your own space. This is ideal if you prefer not to travel, have mobility considerations, or simply feel more relaxed working out at home. Kirsty brings everything you need and adapts each session to your environment and goals.

Personal Training With Kelly Private Studio – Punnetts Town
Kelly specialises in trauma‑informed coaching, confidence building, and supporting clients with more complex needs — whether that’s rebuilding strength, navigating barriers to movement, or finding a safe, empowering way to exercise. You’ll also receive more in‑depth guidance around nutrition, behaviour change, and long‑term habit support.
4‑Session Block: £180 (£45 per session)
10‑Session Block: £430 (£43 per session)
Personal Training with Kirsty In‑Home Personal Training
Kirsty offers supportive personal training in the comfort of your own home. Her coaching style is friendly, encouraging, and ideal for clients who want clear guidance, simple progressions, and a steady, confidence‑building approach.
4‑Session Block: £152 (£38 per session)
10‑Session Block: £360 (£36 per session)
Small Group Training
Prefer to train with a friend or partner? You’re welcome to share your personal training session with someone you know. Small‑group sessions follow the same supportive, person‑centred approach, with adaptations for each individual so everyone feels safe, confident, and included.
Add £10 per additional person, per session
Available with both Kelly and Kirsty.
booking information
Sessions are booked in blocks of 4 or more
This helps you build consistency, settle into the process, and feel supported as you progress. To receive the reduced rate, 10 sessions must be booked in one block. This allows us to plan your training more effectively and support you over a longer period.
Session length
Each session lasts around 60 minutes. The active workout is usually 35–50 minutes, depending on your needs that day, with around 10 minutes set aside for nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, and reviewing your home plan.
