Hi, I’m Kelly, the owner and founder of Pink Fox Fitness.
I specialise in trauma-informed fitness, supporting people who are new to exercise or returning after a break, injury, life change, or difficult experiences. Trauma doesn’t have to look like one specific event, it can be any lived experience that has impacted how safe, confident or capable movement feels in your body.
I understand how challenging it can be to juggle family, work, self-care and fitness, particularly during times of hormonal change such as perimenopause, menopause, or life beyond it. That’s why everything we do at Pink Fox Fitness is built around kindness, choice and respect for your individual pace.
With a background in personal training and nutrition, I focus on functional movement that helps you build strength for real life, supporting not just where you are now, but your future self too. We prioritise rebuilding strength and confidence from the ground up, without pressure, judgement or comparison.
Pink Fox Fitness is more than a place to work out, it’s a supportive community where you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels safe, empowering and sustainable. Hi, I’m Kirsty, and I know what it’s like to dream big while facing setbacks and self-doubt. Fitness has been my anchor, helping me find resilience and joy, even in tough times. Inspired by Kelly and the supportive community at Pink Fox Fitness, I decided to turn my passion into a career and became a certified personal trainer in 2023.
As part of the Pink Fox team, I’m here to help you build strength, boost confidence, and rediscover a love for movement. I believe that fitness is more than exercise, it’s a pathway to feeling happier, healthier, and stronger.

Megan recently returned to the Pink Fox Fitness team after welcoming her two children. As Kelly’s personal assistant, she supports the business in a wide variety of ways — from organisation and planning to helping keep everything ticking along day to day.
Megan is also on her own fitness journey, finding her way back into movement and routine after having her children. She understands first-hand that returning to exercise isn’t about rushing or “bouncing back”, but about rebuilding confidence, strength and balance in a way that feels right for you.
You’ll often see Megan helping out at events, lending a hand wherever needed, and bringing calm, kindness and a sense of humour to the team.
Meet Alison! Alison helps by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages our administration, sorting, scanning and filing all of our paper work and making sure our clients are supported from their very first enquiry right through their ongoing journey with us.
Alongside this, Alison is on her own incredible fitness journey. After struggling with mobility due to arthritis in her knees — she has gradually rebuilt her strength and confidence. Alison now walks over 5km every single day, attends our BOOSTfit classes twice a week, and loves being active with her grandchildren.
Her lived experience gives her a deep understanding of how powerful gentle, supportive and consistent movement can be.
