“Do I need to be fit to start?”
Not at all. FIT(ish) is designed for all levels, including complete beginners.
“What equipment do I need?”
Most workouts use minimal or no equipment. I would always suggest getting two sets of dumbbells or kettebells so that you have one that you feel is heavy for you and a lighter one.
“Can I do this alongside other training?"
Yes! FIT(ish) can complement other activities or be your main routine.
“Is there support if I struggle?”
Absolutely. You’ll have access to guidance and a supportive community.
“What if I can’t stay consistent?”
That’s exactly why FIT(ish) exists.
This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about learning how to keep going, even when life gets busy or motivation drops. You don’t need to do everything… just something.
“How often should I work out?”
There’s no “perfect” number.
Some people train 2 times a week, others do more, it’s about finding what works for your life and energy levels.
“What if I miss a week (or more)?”

For some people, fat loss is a side effect, but it’s not the only measure of progress, and we don’t use shame or restriction to get there. We do provide you with information on sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that you can make. Which will help you to lose body fat is this is your goal.
“How long are the workouts?”
There’s a mix! Because real life isn’t one-size-fits-all.
You’ll find shorter sessions for busy days and longer ones when you’ve got more time.
“What makes this different from other online fitness programmes?”
We don’t do all-or-nothing here.
